When should I start screen recording? ▼

Start screen recording before entering the custom room in Free Fire. Keep recording until you are eliminated or achieve Booyah. Screen recording is your absolute proof against hackers or disputes.

When do I get Custom Room ID & Password? ▼

Room credentials reveal inside your "My Rooms" tab exactly 15 minutes before scheduled match kickoff time. An alert badge will also appear on your screen.

How can I earn and use bonus coins? ▼

You earn bonus coins by referring your friends with your referral code. When your friend joins their first paid match, you receive ₹25 bonus coins. Use bonus coins to join paid matches and win real cash!

How do I withdraw my earnings? ▼

Go to the Wallet tab, enter your registered UPI ID (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and submit your request. Payouts are safely processed between 10:00 AM and 11:00 PM within 6 hours.

What if a match is cancelled? ▼

If an administrator cancels a match due to technical glitch or server maintenance, 100% of your entry fee is atomically refunded directly back to your wallet balance instantly.

Fair Play & Tournament Rules

1. Eligibility: Players must be 18 years or older. Accounts must be Level 40+ in Free Fire with active Battle Royale access.

2. Banned Weapons & Abilities: Ghoda (Horse), Ryden, M79, and Double Vector are strictly prohibited across all competitive rooms.

3. Anti-Cheat & Emulators: PC Emulators, auto-aim, scripts, and modified game files are strictly banned. Room checks verify mobile integrity.

4. Proof Requirement: Screen recording from room lobby entry until match completion is compulsory for dispute reviews.

Terms of Service

1. Platform Nature: AP Tournaments organizes competitive Free Fire esports skill tournaments. We do not host gambling, wagering, or games of chance.

2. Account Integrity: One individual may maintain strictly one account. Multi-accounting, UID spoofing, and alias rotation result in immediate account restriction.

3. Identity & Age: Users certify they are at least 18 years of age and reside in an Indian state permitting esports competitions.

4. Disqualification: Violation of tournament rules or disruptive conduct voids prize claims without liability.

Privacy Policy & Anti-Cheat Disclosures

1. Information Collected: We collect Google authentication details (name, email), player Free Fire UID, in-game name, and phone number for tournament coordination.

2. Device Telemetry: To enforce fair-play standards and prevent emulator participation, the platform collects browser client technical parameters (screen metrics, WebGL graphics renderer, hardware concurrency). These signals are used exclusively for fraud prevention.

3. Financial Data: UPI identifiers and UTR payment transaction references are processed securely solely for deposit confirmation and withdrawal settlements.

4. Data Sharing: We do not sell personal data to advertisers or third parties.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Tournament Cancellation: If an administrator cancels a tournament due to server maintenance or room technical failures, 100% of the entry fee is atomically refunded to all registered wallets immediately.

2. Player Disqualification: Players disqualified for rule infractions, emulator usage, or no-show after room unlock forfeit their entry fee.

3. Withdrawal Settlement: Valid withdrawal requests are processed to the player's provided UPI address between 10:00 AM and 11:00 PM daily.
